Air travel is improving in the areas affected by the record-breaking winter blast, but problems remain in some locations. Jason Burch of the Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport says says to definitely check if you’re on your way to Chicago or Detroit where things are still tricky. Burch says problems started with flights to Dulles and Chicago Monday night. Information on all local flights are found on the airport’s website at www.gocho.com.  Birch says you should always check with your airline during a major winter weather event.
