Fenwick: Cut Back On Out-Of-Town Consultants

The most junior member of City Council fears Charlottesville spends too much money on out-of-town experts. Bob Fenwick (pictured) has told the Schilling Show he favors cutting back on outside consultants. Fenwick has also told WINA’s Rob Schilling he has a suggestion for the city department that deals in neighborhood development services. He wants to see an emphasis on neighborhood protection.
