NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Taylor Swift says it’s “crazy” to think that she’s working on what will be her fifth studio album.

And since she has been honored for a record sixth time as songwriter-artist of the year — trying to get the lyrics right is a big concern.

She says she hopes with each album she will “continue to change, and never change in the same way twice.”

She has been writing for six months — and she says the new project is “taking a different turn” than what she has done before.

This past weekend, Swift accepted her sixth honor as songwriter-artist of the year by the Nashville Songwriters Association International.

She moves past Vince Gill and Alan Jackson as the most to win the award.
