Q: A new study finds that women select mates based on this. What?

A: Shoulder size

STUDY: WOMEN CHOOSE MATES BY SHOULDER SIZE: A new study finds that women select mates based on their shoulder size. The research was published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences and was conducted to develop a better understanding of sexual selection. For the study, researchers showed 105-women computer-generated models and assessed their responses to various body dimensions. They found that 80-percent of women cited a wide shoulder-to-hip ratio as being attractive, and the other 20-percent were split equally between height and size. Researchers say that other factors that influence male attractiveness may include body hair, movement, and other physical cues. (Bloomberg)
