The result of those missing winks? At work the next day, drowsy employees tend to do more cyberloafing (in other words, visiting gossip sites and watching cat videos). The clock springs forward this year on Sunday March 10, at 2 a.m. Go to bed a little earlier on Sunday night so you’ll be sharp on Monday morning.
